Provide album choices and credit card number on form, or enclose a US check or money order with order. For International orders, please enclose an International Postal or Bank Money Order payable to Indian House in US Funds. We cannot process other currencies.

Shipping & Handling:

There is a flat $5.00 shipping/handling fee per order for all orders world-wide.

Orders will be shipped promptly via 1st Class Mail, Air Parcel Post, or UPS
at our option, but please allow one week for delivery in the US; two weeks for
delivery in Canada; and three weeks for all other international addresses.

We lose very few packages, but if you do not receive your order within 30 days, please contact us to trace your order. We will not consider claims for missing orders reported after 60 days from ship date.

If you need fast delivery, please phone us before 11am to place your credit card order for same day shipping. We can ship Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air via UPS or Federal Express at extra cost. (Usually about $35 for Overnight, and $15 for 2nd Day.) This will be charged at actual cost. We must have a street address and phone number for UPS or Federal Express. US Express Mail and Priority Mail to P.O. Boxes are also available at extra cost.

Our Guarantee:

All Indian House and American Indian Soundchiefs recordings are guaranteed for a period of 30 days after purchase. If a recording is found to be defective, please mail directly to Indian House for a prompt replacement.
